Member Orientation
Get The Right Start
At Mount Kisco Athletic Club you start laying the foundation for great results from the very first day. Our comprehensive orientation process ensures you get the best from your time with us.
You Are Measured For Success.
Your first appointment takes approximately one hour. During this time you will be taken through a series of physical assessments to determine your present fitness level, identify any pre-existing medical conditions and establish your fitness goals. The evaluation consists of:
* Review of your medical history
* Resting blood pressure and heart rate
* Body composition
* Core strength
* Introduction to cardiovascular equipment
You Learn How To Do It.
During your second session, spend time learning the equipment and programs that can help you get results. Resistance training on our Free Motion equipment, personal coaching, flexibility, weight management, cardio programming, and sport specific training. Our industry leading staff will focus on what is personally best for your exercise success.
Functional Training
Your third appointment is a complimentary personal training based on your needs and goals.
(3 appointments are offered to new members only and must be used within the first 3 months of membership. 24 hour cancellation policy applies. )
