Personal Training Menu of Services:
One-on-One Training
Our nationally certified trainers will lead you to your personal goals by designing a dynamic results- based program.
Partner Training:
Two individuals with similar needs training together at a more cost effective rate. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration and can focus on corrective and functional techniques
Flexibility Training:
Consistent stretching has been known to diminish low back pain.
Spinal Stabilization:
Sessions are 30 minutes in duration. Learn how to activate those deep core muscles and improve stability to diminish low back pain
Small Group Training:
Sport Specific, Foundations in Strength, Speed and Agility are programs for 3-5 participants.
Maximal Heart Rate Testing:
Do cardio? What does that mean? Take a test to know your specific heart rate range.

Can you benefit from working with a private trainer? The best way to find out is with a free consultation. We’ll review your current fitness plan, and assess what’s working and what’s not. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and pick our brains about ways to improve your fitness results.
